WIMBLEDON, England — The biggest news out of the draw ceremony for this year’s Wimbledon Championships was made by the pulling of the fifth chip, as No. 5 seed Rafael Nadal landed in the same quarter as No. 3 Roger Federer, the defending champion, and in the same bottom half as No. 2 Andy Murray, who has No. 6 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in his quarter. Top-seed Novak Djokovic, meanwhile, was left on the much less crowded top half with No. 4 David Ferrer, as well as the two lowest of the top eight seeds, No. 7 Tomas Berdych and No. 8 Juan Martin del Potro.
