WIMBLEDON, England – Vincent Spadea ended what was believed to be the longest losing streak at the highest level in tennis history 13 years ago at Wimbledon. He upset Greg Rusedski to snap a 21-match barren spell. For Arantxa Rus, however, there was no such relief at the All England Club on the second day of this year’s tournament. When Rus fell, 6-4, 6-2, to Olga Puchkova it was her 17th straight WTA main draw defeat.
